Call me old fashioned if you like but I do not like the automated self helpcheck outs at this store. For those of a similar dislike there is only onenormal operator manned check out. This tends to become rather busy withqueues forming with people of like minds to myself. Please B & Q reinstate a couple more old style check outs. I now go to other diy stores when Iknow they have the same product as you.

had REALLY helpful advice and knowledge from Janet and a guy in kitchendepartment. Could not have been more helpful especially as I walked out ofCurrys after being ignored for 15 mins. well done on customer service.However feel you should inform customers that need a wire for connecting toelectricity circuit-bit disappointed that this was not included with thecooker and i did not expect not to be able to connect electricityimmediately. Am sure once one arrives i will be delighted to use rangecooker. it looks fab. but was so pleased in this age of complacent staff tohave pleasant and caring attention. I will return to your branch. thank you

Very unhappy and disatisfied customer. We have ordered a new Kitchen fromyou. Mr. Jon Hayes the showroom manager is dealing with us. We have paid£3,209.89 on 24/9/2010, a month ago. To this date we have not received anycotract paperwork. We keep phoning from Romford, we are not reaching anywhere. This is sad state of affairs. Our order No is 3767862 and CustomerNo is 42277536.
